Heavy Diesel Mechanic Foreman / Equipment Manager

Join our team and take the lead in maintaining and repairing heavy mobile equipment in a surface mining environment. We’re looking for an experienced Mechanic with strong leadership skills and deep knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and more.

• Oversee daily shop operations

• Supervise a skilled maintenance team

• Ensure Safety Compliance

• Drive efficiency, uptime & performance

• 5+ years of experience required

• CDL & PA State Inspection License preferred

• 3 years supervisory/leadership preferred
